Work Begins on New DK Sports & Fitness Facility in Chapman

DK Sports & Fitness of Chapman, Kansas has begun work on their new facility in Chapman, Kansas. The 12,500 square foot building will house a 24-hour fitness center, sports training facility and an outpatient physical therapy clinic operated by Abilene Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab.

The facility will be located on the two acre lot just south of Dollar General and will employ 5-6 full-time employees. DK Sports & Fitness and Abilene Physical Therapy & Sports Rehab anticipate the building being completed in January 2019.

Dickinson County Economic Development Corporation provided assistance to DK Sports & Fitness during the financing and land acquisition phases of the project.
