My wife, Sarah, and I have been a part of the Abilene and Dickinson County communities for approximately 40 years. We have three grown children and a soon-to-be son-in-law. After 37 years in agricultural lending, I retired in 2017. We were married in St. Andrew’s Church, and the church and parochial school have been a big part of our lives ever since. I presently serve on the church finance council and am the treasurer for the local Knights of Columbus council. It’s an honor for me to serve as chairman of the board of trustees for Memorial Health System, as it is to be a part of the boards for the Community Foundation of Dickinson County, Memorial Health System Foundation, Home Health and Hospice, and The HOPE Center. I guess you could say volunteering is my hobby, with church, hospice, Optimist Club, and meals-on-wheels included. I’m a sports fan (go Wildcats and Cardinals!) and Sarah and I enjoy traveling
