Responsibilities

Answering a multi phone system line, and direct calls as needed. Maintain filing and storage system. Greet clients, drivers, and vendors. Responsible for shipping our product to include pre-shipping paperwork, scheduling trucks out of the facility, billing, and BOL’s. Maintaining metrics and analyze data to assess performance.
