Michelle Johnson resides just outside of Abilene with her husband, Andrew, and 2 children, Weston and Raelynn. Being a part of a community, and the small-town feel Michelle has taken a strong liking to the appeal of Abilene. She loves volunteering and being a part of projects as well as events.

In her spare time she loves to do handcrafted wood projects with her husband, but, what she enjoys most of all is spending time outside with her family and dogs. Family camping at the lake, exploring new Kansas trails, or even traveling to different states, and giving her children new experiences.  Michelle believes one of her biggest accomplishments has been the family she and her husband have created.   Michelle believes economic development in Dickinson County is important because it allows for the quality of life she and her family believe everyone should be able to enjoy!
